Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with domain experts and dev team to build innovative AI products
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and solve key challenges
- Design and implement LLM-based applications for healthcare use cases
- Research, evaluate, implement and deploy cutting edge GenAI technologies
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning and/or data science
- Experience building LLM-based solutions for business use cases
- Hands-on experience in LLM pre-training, fine-tune, agentic workflow and RAG
- Experience in system integration and monitoring of ML models in production
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and cloud computing platforms
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate complex problems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences industry, familiarity with healthcare data
- Ability to implement and deploy latest LLM research into production system
- Publications in AI journals/conferences or contributions to open-source LLM projects
